❗️Согласно ч.3 ст.44 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь осуждение лица, совершившего преступление, является основанием для взыскания с него как имущественного ущерба, дохода, полученного преступным путем, так и материального возмещения морального вреда.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
