05.01.2025 г. от жителей МКД расположенного по адресу: г. Якутск, ул. Б-Марлинского, д. 36/1 в адрес управы поступило сообщение о розливе предварительно с канализационных сетей. Ведущим специалистом «Управа Промышленного округа» МКУ ГО «город Якутск» Базаровым А. Б. 06.01.2025 инициирована выездная комиссия с участием МУП «Жилкомсервис» в ходе, которой установлена течь бесхозных сетей. Принято решение заменить участок трубы диаметром 89мм длиной 7 метров. 06.01.2025 также проведена работа по устранению наледи для производства дальнейших работ МУП «Жилкомсервис».
