Проект Рязанский, 39А - получил название - District 39 и РнС.

Это застройка стадиона Комета. Концепцию Мегабудки знатно переделали - даже непонятно хорошо ли это или плохо ли это. Какая-то безликая архитектура. Будничный комфорт-класс в огромном котле комфорт-класса.

Любой старт ниже 260 тыс. руб./кв. м. будет инвестиционным.
