Посмотрели продажи уважаемых девелоперов. Кто из них прошел лето лучше весны, а кто жидко обосрался.
Как видим ПИК идёт идеально - продали одинаковый объем летом, что и весной. Команда Россо и в снег и стужу проходит хорошо кризисы. Если бы популизмом с закрытыми офисами продаж не страдали - то вообще сказка была бы.
Нарастил продажи - Левел - спасибо скидкам за это и Самолет - спасибо новому проекту за это.
А вот продажи капитально просели у МИЦ, Кортроса, ЦИ, Колди - продали летом в 2 раза меньше, чем весной. Факторы могут быть разные - нет объема, в портфеле апарты, но все равно - такая качка не от хорошей и умной жизни происходит.
