Город продолжает толкать в рынок свои ТПУ. Сейчас поставили на продажу ООО Щиброво - это ТПУ Мамыри.

Если обычно на этих аукционах стартовый прайс "копеечный", то в Мамырях аж 5,6 ярда. То есть вероятность, что кто-то купит это добро - низкая. Потому что жилья там воткнуть можно только 180 тыс. кв. м. в ГНС, девелоперы смогут построить минимум 120 тыс. кв. м. на продажу. Немного.

Вообще изначально площадка должна была быть реновацией, и там даже эти стремные дома уже стоят, но почему-то продают. Может люди туда переселяться не захотели, даже нахаляву?
