А вот и КРТ "Маршала Жукова, 17-63". Лафа в Строгино закончилась. Этот район был ну очень дорогим, потому что там ничего давно не строилось. А тут бац и город сейчас туда запихнет под млн. кв. м. недвижимости. Это в значительной степени уронит уровень цен…

Ещё один КРТ в Строгино. Если на КРТ "Маршала Жукова. 17-63" под 1 млн. кв. метров жилья, то в КРТ "МКАД – 64 км (на пересечении с Таллинской улицей)" скромный офисник на 40 кв. метров. Даже на ЗУ "Кулакова, 24" сохранят строения в рамках КРТ. Вроде такого любо не было, либо супер редкость для этого инструмента.

Ну ничего, чем больше КРТ - тем лучше, кому, конечно, нужны офисы в Строгино - вопрос открытый.
