Это прям соседний участок у зависшего проекта "Нижние Мневники, 37А". #третийадмин года два назад бы идею тут лепить офис обосрал бы, а сейчас говорит, что с учетом пешей доступности метро - потянет.
Отрадно, что город любую локацию развивает теперь комплексно. Как обеды в столовке. Теперь 1 млн. жилья нигде и никогда не согласуешь, к нему будет идти в придачу: СКБ, ФОКи, офисы, МПТ, парки, мосты и тд. и тп.
