Для ЗУ "Адмирала Макарова, 2" - Injoy была вот такая посадка от самого активного бюро Столицы - APEX. Как будто взяли проект с ЗУ "Ботаническая, 29" и так хорошенечко прожмакали "ctrl c-ctrl v".

Сам Injoy худо-бедно продается по 1-1,5 тыс. кв. м в месяц. Ребята смогли нарастить цены с 350 тыс. руб./кв. м в прошлом сентябре до 420 тыс. руб./кв. м сейчас. Рост меньше чем за год на 18%, вопрос только выдержит ли модель такой низки темп реализации.
