Как сообщали ранее, от реализации проекта отказался Инград и площадка в поисках своего девелопера. Владельцы хотят интересную концепцию, много денег и уже отлит монолит парковки, а зайти на такую площадку очень сложно.

Под интересной концепцией мы понимаем апарт-отель с инвестиционными апартами, а-ля Йес или Движение Тушино.

Мы переобуемся с оценкой старта. Учитывая современный выход, эти товарищи точно захотят не меньше 190 тыс. руб./кв. м.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said.
