Участок в деревне Мамыри площадью 17 га прямо на МКАД. Котел спроса из Ясенево - не убиваемый, поэтому стоимость 1,6 ярда выглядит ок, но почему-то ни у кого не летит. Поэтому будет повторный аукцион со стартом 1,4 ярда в сентябре 2021.
ТЭП тут более 200 тыс. кв. м. Так что площадка рано или поздно найдет своего девелопера.
