Тамбовчанина осудили на 2 года поножовщину у ночного клуба. Об этом сообщает объединённая пресс-служба судов.
Было установлено, что в ночное время 8 сентября прошлого года у ночного клуба «Бостон» 19-летний обвиняемый, будучи пьяным, подрался и ударил знакомого в грудь ножом, а приятеля, который пытался заступиться за потерпевшего, поранил ножом 9 раз.
Суд признал его виновным по п. «з» ч. 2 ст. 111 УК РФ, п. «в» 4.2 ст. 115 УК РФ и по совокупности преступлений назначено 2 года и 1 месяц с отбыванием в колонии общего режима. Кроме этого, с обвиняемого в пользу потерпевших в счёт возмещения морального вреда было взыскано 600 000 рублей и 400 000 рублей. Приговор пока в законную силу не вступил.
