Управляющий финансовый директор «Роснано» Владислав Юнусов подтвердил, что у компании есть ресурсы для погашения данного выпуска облигаций, но позднее уточнил «маловероятное возвращение компании на облигационный рынок»:
«По правилам листинга на Московской бирже мы сейчас под критерии прохождения процедуры эмиссии новых выпусков не можем пройти чисто по формальным причинам, несмотря на то, что цена облигаций «Роснано», гипотетически, могла бы быть интересна для привлечения капитала в компанию, и мы видим интерес как со стороны банков к активам нашего портфеля, так и со стороны рынка вторичного оборота облигаций, потому что, если посмотреть на котировки облигаций «Роснано», там оценка рынка достаточно адекватная».

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
