В комментариях к своему посту об отставке Александра Камышина Логунов отметил: «Выполнять обязанности будет Евгений Лященко — он мощный, с высокой степенью доверия».
Лященко назначен членом правления УЗ в октябре 2021 года. В этой должности он занимался финансовыми вопросами. С 2012 года Лященко занимал должность финансового директора Медиа Группа Украина, а с 1 июля 2014 года был назначен директором холдинга, который являлся частью медиабизнеса группы SCM Рината Ахметова, где работал вплоть до 2019 года.
