Норвегия не входит в ЕС, однако входит в Шенгенскую зону и поддерживает все санкции против России. При этом из всех граничащих с Россией европейских стран Норвегия единственная продолжает пропускать россиян с туристическими визами, в том числе на российских автомобилях.
