У меня ощущение, что духовные достижения прошлого человечества нами, нынешним человеком, истолкованы ложно. И в значительной степени потому, что человек получил вкус к изощренности, к смакованию своей изощренности; он стал интерпретировать, а не воспринимать. Для восприятия нужна отвергающая себя кротость, смущенная почтительность перед неведомым и тот страх-и-трепет, память о котором, о самом его составе, давно умолкла.
