Мера утверждена на заседании Госсовета Республики. Чтобы получить выплату, необходимо оформить сертификат, что можно сделать в течение трех лет. Об этом сообщает в своем Telegram-канале председатель Госсовета республики Владимир Константинов.
Таким образом в регионе решили стимулировать молодых людей на создание семьи.
