Гражданин Австралии Марк Лоу, который первым во Владивостоке решил воспользоваться Указом Президента РФ № 702 «Об оказании гуманитарной поддержки лицам, разделяющим традиционные российские духовно-нравственные ценности» (позволяет получить вид на жительство в упрощенном порядке), за свой счет собрал и направил детям Курской области небольшие новогодние подарки (сладости, спортивный инвентарь).

Груз уже доставлен. Непосредственную помощь в этом австралийцу (а в будущем, надеемся, и нашему соотечественнику) оказали Благотворительный фонд «Правое дело», приморское отделение Российского исторического общества, а также группа волонтеров ЗОВ ДВ.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
