Согласно сервису «Сбой.рф», с проблемами столкнулись пользователи десятка российских сайтов. Официальных комментариев о причинах сбоя на данный момент нет.
UPD: источник инфы пишет, что причиной сбоя стала авария на магистральной сети у одного из операторов связи. Она уже устранена. — Роскомнадзор
Все что связано с интернетом, по большому счету - нестабильно, не защищено, не имеет возможности контроля контента и прочие ненадежности. Вопрос: почему это совершенно не учитывается в отношении системы Образования ни одной инстанцией и ни одним чиновником - остается открытым?!
