Компании продающие билеты будут обязаны передават в АЦБПДП адреса IP и хеши паролей пассажиров
С первого сентября при продаже билетов дальнего следования, компании обязаны передавать в автоматизированные централизованные базы персональных данных о пассажирах и персонале (АЦБПДП) сведения о:
- номере телефона пассажира - адрес электронной почты пассажира - логины и хеши паролей пассажира - IP-адрес и номер порта с которого осуществлялась покупка - сведения о банке покупателя, последние 4 цифры карточки или номера счёта используемых при оплате
База АЦБПДП используется российскими спецслужбами (МВД, ФСБ), как и другими уполномоченными правительством структурами, при выполнении поставленных перед ними задач.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
