Начальная цена закупки составляет 1,5 млрд руб. с НДС (156 млн руб. за ед.). Согласно условиям конкурса, машина должна быть односекционной и самоходной, предназначаться для механизации работы с промежуточными рельсовыми скреплениями в процессе их перевода из рабочего в монтажное положение, а также обратно. Окончание подачи заявок – 17 октября. Срок поставок – не позднее 30 октября 2024 года. Машины должны поступить в эксплуатацию в 6 филиалов РЖД.
Одним из обязательных требований к машине является наличие системы автоведения. Также она должна иметь рабочую скорость от 0,1 до 1,5 км/ч, производительность 1 км/ч и быть оснащена дизельным двигателем мощностью 380-400 кВт.
Под заявленные показатели во многом подходит машина для работы со скреплениями МС-700Т производства «Тулажелдормаш» (Группа ПТК). Согласно сайту РС ФЖТ, заявки на испытаниям машины подавались в октябре прошлого года.
