Skoda Group выпустила первый двухсистемный электропоезд для Эстонии

Трехвагонный состав был собран на заводе в Остраве и передан на другую чешскую площадку компании в Пльзене, где находится испытательная линия протяженностью почти 1 км. После прохождения тестирования он будет отправлен автомобильным транспортом в Ригу для эксплуатационных испытаний.

Согласно контракту 2020 года и реализованному к нему в январе 2023 года опциону, Skoda Group должна до 2027 года поставить Elron 16 таких поездов за €147 млн. Ввод в эксплуатацию первых 6 машин ожидается в 2025 году.

Подвижной состав создан на базе платформы частично низкопольных поездов RegioPanter. Недавно запущенные поезда этой платформы в январе были сняты с маршрутов в Латвии из-за дефектов. На текущий момент в эксплуатацию вернулись 12 из 17 поставленных поездов. Остальные 5 машин проходят динамические испытания после ремонта. К середине марта Skoda Group обещает обеспечить техническую готовность новых поездов на уровне 95%.

Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
