Суд вынес приговор фигурантам дела о пожаре в кемеровском ТЦ «Зимняя вишня»:
— гендиректор компании — владельца торгового центра Юлия Богданова приговорена к 14 годам лишения свободы;
— генеральный директор ТЦ Надежда Судденок получила 13,5 года;
— технический директор ТЦ Георгий Соболев осуждён на 11 лет;
— руководитель тушения пожара в торговом центре Андрей Бурсин осуждён на шесть лет;
— начальник пожарного караула Сергей Генин приговорён к пяти годам;
— охранник Сергей Антюшин приговорён к восьми годам;
— глава компании по обслуживанию противопожарной системы в «Зимней вишне» Игорь Полозиненко и инженер противопожарной системы в ТЦ Александр Никитин получили 6,5 и 5,5 года соответственно.
Ранее суд признал руководителей кемеровского ТЦ виновными в оказании небезопасных услуг. Пожарных признали виновными в халатности

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
