Мосгорсуд приступил к рассмотрению уголовного дела в отношении экс-судьи Арбитражного суда Москвы Елены Кондрат.
Ей грозит до 12 лет лишения свободы за посредничество во взяточничестве.
Напомним, Елена Кондрат подозревается в посредничестве при передаче взятки в размре 50 тыс. долларов через судью Махалкину, ранее она сменила фамилию на Хонрат, что было воспринято следствием, как приготовление к бегству за пределы РФ.
Сама Елена Кондрат считает, что Махалкина дала в отношении неё ложные показания.
Сын Елены Кондрад обвиняется в организации убийства и приготовлению к организации ещё ряда убийств. @ruarbitr
