Ранее суды взыскали с New Stream Trading более 22. млрд. рублей в пользу Сбербанка и около 16.2 млрд. рублей в пользу его дочки СБК.
Дмитрий Мазуров является фигурантом уголовного дела о хищении более 180 млн. долларов из кредита Сбербанка. New Stream Trading была нефтетрейдером Антипинского НПЗ, который входил в «Новый поток», в настоящее время находится под контролем УК «Русэнергркапиал», после того как Сбербанк обратил на него взыскание, в качестве обеспечения по кредиту. @ruarbitr
