Внешнеполитическое ведомство отметило, что не поощряет и не рекомендует поездки «добровольцам» на Украину.
Тем не менее в сообщении ведомства указано, что «участие в качестве добровольца в ВСУ не является преступлением в Финляндии».
Официальный представитель российского МИД Мария Захарова ранее отмечала, что, направляя наемников в зону конфликта, страны Запада фактически становятся его участниками.
