Пряничный человечек или сердце 🤍— выбирать тебе!

Ингредиенты:
Мука 250 гр
Масло 100 гр
Сахар 100 гр
Мед 50 гр
Яйцо 1 шт
Имбирь 2 ч.л.
3 оборота мельницы с перцем
Корица 1 ч.л.
Гвоздика 0.5 ч.л.
Разрыхлитель 0.5 ч.л.

Тщательно перемешиваем сначала сухие ингредиенты: муку, имбирь, корицу, гвоздику, разрыхлитель.
В другой миске смешиваем: сахар, масло, яйцо, мед.
К сухим добавляем мокрые и замешиваем тесто.

Оно получится эластичное и не липнущее к рукам.

Убираем в пакет и на час в холодильник.

Затем делаем печенье и в духовку на 180 гр минут на 10.

Не проспите, печется очень быстро!
