Сегодня в Басманном районном суде Москвы должны были рассмотреть жалобу от адвоката журналистки Надежды Кеворковой на само возбуждение в ее отношении уголовного дела. Однако Надежду не привезли из СИЗО.
Второй адвокат Кеворковой Альбина Павлова объяснила, что за день до этого суд разыскивал основного защитника, Калоя Ахильгова, но не нашел, так как он в отпуске. Поэтому Надежду решили даже не привозить из СИЗО, а Павловой не сообщали о том, что заседание будет отложено.
Следующее заседание по жалобе на возбуждение уголовного дела против Надежды Кеворковой пройдет 20 сентября в 14.00.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
