С сегодняшнего дня, 30 ноября, граждане Эстониию могут приехать в Китай без виз. Rus.Postimees узнал у посольства КНР в Таллинне, зачем Пекин принял такое решение, кого без виз все-таки не впустят и причем тут диверсии на Балтике, безвиз Беларуси для эстонцев и антироссийские санкции.
"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
