Любое вновь прибывшее пополнение отряда, занимаются на полигонах практически каждый день. А уже опытные бойцы, постоянно наращивают свои навыки и осваивают новые специальности. Боец это не расходный материал, а специалист прежде всего. Наши инструктора вкладывают все свои силы, время и душу в обучаемых. Что дает свои плоды на поле боя.

Война меняется, и чтобы в ней победить, нужно быть гибким к любым изменяющимся условиям.
И абсолютно не важно кто ты - штурмовик, оператор БПЛА или снайпер. Быть готовым научиться новым навыкам ты обязан, если хочешь выжить на поле боя.
