Причём не где-нибудь, а на ежегодной (!) конференции узбекской национально-культурной автономии г. Москвы. Которая проходит на территории узбекского посольства.
И это, на минуточку, генерал (!) органов национальной (!) безопасности.
Вообще, список награждённых - по сути официальный перечень мигрантских лоббистов. И на этом манеже - всё те же.
