Предстоятеля Русской православной церкви патриарха Кирилла лишили ордена князя Ярослава Мудрого I степени.
В указе о лишении наград также фигурируют председатель Совфеда Валентина Матвиенко, посол России в Белоруссии Борис Грызлов, скрипач Владимир Спиваков и др.
Документ также предполагает введение санкций в отношении перечисленных лиц. Их активы будут заблокированы, лицензии и разрешения аннулированы, а любые банковские операции с ними запрещены.
