⚡️На основании опубликованного изменения в Методику №421/пр по приказу Минстроя России от 30.01.2024 №55/пр, с 09.04.2024 вступают в силу следующие изменения:
❌в п.62 исключены слова "а также демонтаж оборачиваемых материалов и конструкций (при соответствующем указании в разделе "Общие положения" сборников сметных норм (единичных расценок),"
✔️п.62 дополненабзацем следующего содержания " "Затраты на перевозку, а также на погрузочно-разгрузочные работыстроительного мусора и материалов, полученных при разборке (демонтаже), приводятся в локальном сметном расчете (смете) отдельными строками и указываются в итогах локального сметного расчета (сметы) по строке «перевозка»."

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
