Der Vertrag beinhaltet die Option auf drei weitere Systeme im Wert von 204 Millionen Euro. Die Lieferung des ersten Pilotsystems soll bis Mitte 2026 abgeschlossen sein.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
