Но мне кажется, владение только одним языком — скорее говорит о богатой культуре носителя, чем о проявление лени. Большинство людей в мире уже со школы владеют несколькими языками на разговорном уровне. Но знают их из необходимости приобщиться к большей культуре, а не из-за большой любви к языкам.
И кстати, если большинство населения планеты смогли овладеть каким-то навыком, то он по силам всем, по крайней мере, интеллектуально)
