В течение получаса депутаты Госдумы сразу во II и III чтениях приняли закон о запрете пропаганды идеологии отказа от рождения детей в интернете, СМИ, кино и рекламе. Документ поддержали единогласно, «за» проголосовали 403 парламентария.
Отдельно Госдума одобрила поправку к закону об исключении информации о монашестве и обете безбрачия из наказаний за «пропаганду чайлдфри».
За «пропаганду идеологии отказа от рождения детей» грозят штрафы: до 400 тысяч рублей для физических лиц, до 800 тысяч рублей для должностных лиц, до 5 миллионов рублей для юридических лиц.
Сегодня Госдума также приняла закон о запрете усыновления российских детей гражданами стран, где разрешена смена пола. По словам спикера Госдумы Вячеслава Володина, с 1993 года иностранцы усыновили 102 403 ребенка из России.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
