19 февраля в Санкт-Петербурге прошли соревнования по лазертагу и стрельбе из электронного оружия. В турнире приняли участие две команды СПбГУ ГА.

Студенты основательно подготовились к соревнованиям. Благодаря слаженной командной работе и отличной меткости сборная Университета заняла 1-е место и получила памятный кубок! 🏆

Особенно ярко проявили себя студенты 122 группы ФЛЭ: Артемий Малютин, Сергей Дмитриев, Владислав Евсеев и Максим Ренц. Кроме того, в личном зачете по стрельбе из электронного оружия Тимур Басыров занял 3-е место среди юношей, а Анна Гольцова завоевала 2-е место среди девушек! 🎯

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
