Октябрьский суд отказал ТГК-14 во взыскании с многодетной семьи Дядюк, которым якобы считали оплату не на всю площадь дома и не учли гараж и подвал. Специалисты провели проверку. В гараже труб нет, а трубопроводы, которые проходят по подвальным помещениям, изолированы. На момент проверки в ноябре в гараже было –2 °С. Также семью поддержала муниципальная жилищная инспекция.

На данный момент у жилинспекции на контроле еще 15 аналогичных дел с ТГК-14. Недобросовестная компания пытается взыскать «долги» у семей с инвалидами, пенсионерами, участниками СВО.
