Как сообщает Ariana News, тендер на добычу угля выиграла афганская компания Roshan Qadri. Заключенный с ней контракт предусматривает добычу 100 тыс. тонн угля. Месторождения железа и свинца же достались иранцам, которые должны начать работы в течение месяца.
Для инспекции на место прибудут 5 специалистов Мингорпрома "Талибана"*. Видимо, это те самые месторождения, тендер на которые шел аж с апреля при высокой конкуренции.
Кроме того, добычу полудрагоценных камней скоро планируют запустить в провинции Бадгис

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
