«Станция «Океанская-2» позволит полностью обеспечить электрической энергией промышленные объекты и население острова Итуруп, уменьшить зависимость отдаленной территории от завоза дизельного топлива», — сказал губернатор Сахалинской области Валерий Лимаренко.
Стоимость проекта — около двух миллиардов рублей. Реализовать его планируют по системе государственно-частного партнерства.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
