Вице-премьер Дмитрий Чернышенко отметил, что в этом году к программе присоединились 10 регионов, в которых для посещения доступны 50 научно-исследовательских и образовательных объектов. Среди них Москва и Московская область, Санкт-Петербург, Краснодарский край, Амурская, Иркутская, Калининградская, Калужская, Нижегородская и Новосибирская области.
Первый тур по программе научно-популярного туризма пройдет в Калининградской области с 15 по 18 ноября. В планах до 2025 года существенно нарастить перечень направлений — до 200 объектов в 40 регионах страны.
