В настоящий момент на участке находится здание одного из бывших общежитий Тимирязевской сельскохозяйственной академии 1926 года постройки. С 1990-х в здании располагался банк «ИРС» Ибрагима Башаева, у которого Центробанк отозвал лицензию в 2021 году.
