Ряд зданий будет построен по адресу г. Москва, 2-я Магистральная ул., вл. 3, 16, и представляет собой пять объёмов высотой до 100 м, имеющих подземную автостоянку на 1430 м/м. Общая площадь комплекса составит 251 590 м².

Концепцию бизнес-центра разработало архитектурное бюро «Цимайло, Ляшенко и партнёры», а генпроектировние ведет «ATP TLP architects engineers».

Заказчиком выступает АО «Проспект»

"Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
