«Самолет» получил градостроительный план земельного участка на будущий проект жилого комплекса на Кутузовском проспекте.

Согласно документу, на участке площадью 0,3 га девелопер сможет построить 23 045 м² жилой недвижимости.

Сейчас по этому адресу находится 5-этажный жилой дом построенный в 1931 году.

Как пишет Инсайдер — будущий проект будет выполнен в стиле неоампирского классицизма.
