Бизнес-центр «Шелепиха», в виде «шишки» сложной ступенчатой формы, планируется построить по адресу: 2-я Магистральной улица, вл. 7а.

Застройщиком выступает холдинг «Экто» Юсуфа Алекперова, сына основателя «Лукойла» Вагита Алекперова.

Архитектурные решения офисного комплекса разработаны проектным бюро «Апекс».

Согласно проектным решениям, предусматривается строительство 11-этажного офисного здания площадью около 18 000 м².
