Ранее стало известно, что власти Москвы согласовали компании Prime Life Development Владимира Брынцалова увеличение высотности на следующих очередях развития территории завода «Ферейн» на Нагатинской улице.

Согласно документам градостроительно-земельной комиссии, на ряде земельных участков будущих очередей проекта появятся высотные жилые комплексы общей площадью 274 305 м² и высотой 220 и 175 метров.
