Девелоперская компания Dominanta получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства делового центра NOON на Окской улице на юго-востоке Москвы.

Проектом предполагается строительство 9-этажного бизнес-центра общей площадью 16 471 м².

Концепция разработана студией архитектуры и дизайна Sredaa.

БЦ имеет треугольную форму с мягкими скругленными углами. Форма здания и площадь остекления позволяют наполнить естественным светом каждый офис и организовать рабочее пространство с максимально эффективной рассадкой.

На первом этаже появится конференц-зал с трансформируемым пространством, а со 2 по 9 этаж будут располагаться офисы класса «В», на каждом этаже предусмотрены переговорные комнаты, кофе-поинты, кабинеты для онлайн переговоров.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
