Воскресная московская стройка: штаб-квартир «Яндекса» на Воробьевых горах.

Новый офис «Яндекса» возводится на видном месте у Москвы-реки в Гагаринском районе, на месте где ранее располагалась гостиница «Корстон».

Общая площадь штаб-квартиры составит 262 253 м², из которых 164 263 м² — наземная часть.

В настоящее время на объекте завершаются работы по устройству фасадов, также ведутся работы по устройство кровли, монтажу лифтов и инженерных сетей.

Авторы проекта — лондонское бюро PLP Architecture.

Девелопером выступает MR Group, проектировщик бюро APEX, адаптацию интерьеров делали ATP TLP architects and engineers, а генподрядчик турецкая ENKA.

Ввести комплекс в эксплуатацию планируется в середине 2025 года.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
