💬Следственным отделом по Центральному району следственного управления Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по Хабаровскому краю и ЕАО возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство).
💬По версии следствия, 8 августа 2023 года в утреннее время на остановке общественного транспорта «Речной вокзал» на Уссурийском бульваре в городе Хабаровске между водителями маршрутных автобусов – гражданами России - возник конфликт. В ходе него один из мужчин нанес другому предположительно ножом телесные повреждения, в результате чего последний скончался.
❗️Следствием проведен осмотр места происшествия, предполагаемый подозреваемый 1958 г.р. задержан, решается вопрос об избрании в отношении него меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. Проводятся допросы свидетелей и иные следственные и процессуальные действия.
