Следственными органами СК России по Самарской области по данному факту проводится процессуальная проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 238 УК РФ (оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности).
Глава ведомства дал поручение и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Самарской области Воеводину А.В. возбудить уголовное дело и представить доклад об установленных обстоятельствах.
