При осмотре кожа бледная. не реагирует, пульс и дыхание отсутствует. В момент придания дренажного положения изо рта удалено 500 мл жидкости. Предложите план проведения реанимационных мероприятий: 1. Очевидцем с навыками первой помощи. 2. Бригадой СМП. Выясните механизм утопления и предложите профилактику возможных осложнений: 1. На догоспитальном этапе. 2. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
